Jill Schieren, a college student, was able to lose 120 pounds by just running and eating healthy. She was weighting 225 pounds and now she is only 105 pounds.
She participated in Philadelphia’s Blue Cross Broad Street Run, that training alone helped her lose 60 pounds.
