Follow Friday: Good Form Running

There is more that goes into the form of running than people think.  Being able to run faster, more efficiently, and injury free is what runners ultimately strive for.  By having a good running form is a key to achieving these goals.  The technique is simple for all ages and abilities, and it focuses on body awareness and control.  This video covers the basic steps of Good Form Running, try it and see if it works for you.
