Find a smooth and safe path to skate on, like the boardwalk at the beach! If you don’t know how to skate, I would suggest you practice in a very safe place first, and when you feel confident enough, venture out! Remember to wear all the necessary safety gear (helmet, elbow pads, knee pads, wrist pads, etc.). Take a friend, and try to keep it fun and motivating!
All you need is a bike, which in most places you could rent if you wanted to. Make sure you know your bike etiquette like which arm to hold out when turning right or left, stay in the bike lane, and remember to wear a helmet! Did I mention this is a great way to stay in shape too?
